The man used the wind for thousands of years, it uses electrical energy in a little more than a century and the first turbines were born there more than 50 years. Wind power, it is not new, and that is in vogue. Our approach could, at first, not to appear original. However, a wise man said, "Think for yourself, and do not t'appuie on loans from other…." We note that the current vogue of the wind energy vehicle a sort of thinking, namely that the future of wind power, it is thousands of huge propellers overturns our landscapes. We, the people of the country "wise", the frigates prefer to super-tankers! Ils sont trop grands, et pas très beaux ! They are too big and not very nice! The Technical and Vocational High School includes laboratories for electronic, electrical engineering, mechanical… everything needed for the technique! A large room is graciously allocated to the activity of the club, with a varied tools and good storage capacity of raw materials and ongoing achievements. The financial contributors are currently the high school for shelter, and various other supplies, and the Rector for a small grant and allocation of hours so-called scientific workshop. This project apermis us to explore the possibilities of different generating recovery continues, the development of mechanical parts, test the size of propellers to measure and to study the behaviour of a classical solution with propellers (article and Photo forthcoming). |

The original idea was a kind of challenge: to create the smallest wind in the world. However, it soon proved to be such a product already existed, and that he was almost unbeatable at the waist. The project has evolved into a microéolienne capable of producing light, using the maximum of natural materials and / or recycled. We launched this project in order to provide a greater power, able to cause one or more generators to recharge and automotive batteries. The research focuses on the choice between a vertical axis and a horizontal axis, to produce 1 kW or more neatly and inexpensively. The first experimental prototype is a PANEMONE, it allows to study the solution to vertical axis (see article shortly). The second prototype is a sailing MILL (Article also forthcoming). A choice will be made between the two solutions at the end of the school year to move to a realization scale next year. |
